CT PRIME (Program of Regional Insurance for Municipalities and Education) is a Connecticut-domiciled and regulated Captive Insurance Company governed by its member towns and schools.

The captive currently offers group-purchased health benefit stop loss coverage to qualified municipalities and school districts. Members also enjoy access to preferred rates for a public sector tailored employee assistance program, claims audits, and diabetes management.
